An Estimate can now hold three grades for each finish category, plus optional scope. The owner walks the proposal one section at a time in the client portal, sees the photo, spec and price difference for each choice, and watches their total update after every tap. Choices save as they go, questions on any section reach your team, and reminders go out before a decision is due and before the proposal expires.

A proposal can be signed only when every required decision is confirmed, no choice has gone out of date, the owner holds the current version, and the price on their screen is exactly the current price, checked again at the moment of signature. Every sent proposal is a numbered version that holds its price for 30 days by default. AI-drafted Estimate lines must be reviewed before a proposal goes out, and each tier shows its gross margin against a minimum you set.

Approving an AIA G702/G703 pay application now creates the invoice for that period, so billing is never entered twice. Pay applications only move forward, and an approved one is corrected by voiding it and issuing a new one. Approved Change Orders move line 2 of the G702, and a job's value is its original contract plus its approved Change Orders on every screen.

A subcontractor with a missing or expired certificate of insurance, license or lien waiver is now held wherever money goes out: recording a payment, marking a bill paid, check runs and subcontractor pay application approval. Paying anyway needs a written reason that stays on the record. Awarding a bid package creates a draft subcontract, so the winning sub is inside the check before their first pay application.

Bills that are emailed in and bills that are uploaded land in the same inbox, and the AI reads each one to fill in its details. A bill against a purchase order waits for the delivery to be received unless someone records a reason, a bill that doesn't add up or exceeds what was ordered is blocked, and an approved bill's amounts are locked.

When the workspace owner switches it on, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files open for editing in the browser, and every save is kept as a new version. Each workspace can also connect its own Google Drive: edits made in Google come back as new versions, and if a file changed on both sides an admin resolves it instead of one side silently overwriting the other.
