Acceptable Use Policy

You will not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party.
- Upload malicious code, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach security controls or authentication measures.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the hosted Service (this does not restrict rights already granted under the AGPL-3.0 license for the underlying open-source codebase).
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its data.
- Use the Service to store or transmit content you don't have the right to store or transmit, including data belonging to other organizations without authorization.
- Exceed reasonable API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage-based plan limits.
- Resell or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement.
Violations may result in suspension or termination as described in the Terms of Service. Report suspected abuse to abuse@groundworkai.io.
