Procore
Much larger integration marketplace and a mature, field-tested mobile app. An easy default when a GC you sub to already mandates it on a project.
Buildertrend
Longer track record with residential and light-commercial builders specifically. The 2021 CoConstruct merger has been bumpy for some customers, but the core product has real history in that segment.
Autodesk Construction Cloud
Genuinely deep BIM and model-coordination workflows, especially if you're already in the Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, BIM 360 heritage). Best-in-class for that specific use case.
Fieldwire
The one competitor here with real published, tiered pricing, which is worth respecting. Field-first plan markup and task tracking are its strength; it's a narrower tool than a full ERP by design, not by accident.
CoConstruct
Historically strong for custom home builders specifically, though it's now folded into Buildertrend post-2021 merger rather than sold as a standalone product.
If any of that is what you need most, they're not a bad choice. We'd rather you know that going in than convince you otherwise.
